Summer Woods Residents,
We are excited to announce to the community that the Developer has received their permits from Manatee County to install streetlights within the community. The installation of streetlights will begin within the first phases of the projects, and will continue through to the future phases that are currently being developed. Over the next week, you will see survey stakes placed in the locations of the light poles to be installed. We ask that you do not remove any of these stakes. It should only take a few weeks to get the poles installed in the current phases with residents. Once the lights are turned on, they will become the CDD’s responsibility for ongoing monitoring and maintenance.
